These doors are constructed from a welded aluminum infrastructure and clad with .125 thermoplastic surface.

The door is fully insulated with polystyrene
foam insulation with overall thickness of 1-3/4". Standard windows are single pane 1/8" thick x
9" x 14" poly carbonate set in low profile, high strength, sealed, plastic frames. The hinges are
V-cam style with hardened roller bearings, cam covers and 10" bottom jamb guards. Doors come fully gasketed.
