These doors are constructed from a bonded, custom, rigid PVC infrastructure which is clad
with .093 thermoplastic surfaces.

The door is fully insulated with polystyrene foam insulation. The overall thickness is 1-3/4". Standard windows are single pane, 1/4" x 9" x 14" acrylic set in low profile, high strength sealed plastic frames. Hinges are G.S. style rollers with cam plate, dust covers or V-CAM assembly and jamb guard. Doors come fully gasketed.
