These doors are constructed from a welded aluminum infrastructure and clad with .093 thermoplastic surface.

The door is fully insulated with polystyrene foam insulation with overall thickness of 1". Standard windows are single pane 1/4" x 9" x 14" acrylic, set in low profile, high strength, sealed plastic frames. The hinges are V-cam style with hardened roller bearings. Cam covers and 10" bottom jamb guards are supplied. Doors come fully gasketed.
