These doors are constructed from a welded aluminum infrastructure and clad with .093 thermoplastic surfaces.

The door is fully insulated with polystyrene foam insulation with overall thickness of 1". Standard windows are single pane 1/4" x 9" x 14" acrylic, set in low profile, high strength, sealed, plastic frames. The hinges are G.S. style roller with cam plate, dust covers and bottom pin. Doors come fully gasketed.
